Im trying to find the best medicine for these scary intrusive ocd thoughts… The zoloft is giving me night terrors! I wake up in panic every time i wake up… in case you dont know of intrusive thoughts- unwanted scary intrusive thoughts of things that are against your beliefs…
I had some luck with Luvox and risperidone combined. My doctor also said Anafranil is or used to be the gold standard for OCD treatment. We were going to try that next if Luvox didn’t work.
The internet says all ssri for ocd but not sure if even true
I need to know this too. I am having intrusive thoughts. Sometimes voices, but mainly it’s inside my head

Same same. Its terrible
I get myself tied up in knots over these thoughts. I am hoping my appointment tomorrow we can sort my meds out as things are not working great and I am taking two AP’s and a benzo

OCD intrusive thoughts!!
Never heard about it, but it might be what im having attacks of. Mostly when tired. It’s like my thoughts are obsessive about thinking about thinking.
An alien thought tells me im not going to make it. My own thoughts says “of course you are going to make it” and the alien thought, says nope, you are gonna break, etc etc etc. A spiral of thoughts.
Ive tried olanzapine and it makes worse in high doses
Don’t follow the thought and when you do it its pull over you subsides. What you are doing is following it then it becomes a habit and you find it very difficult to not do the habit just like other habits and addictions.
