What kind of pickles do you like?

My favorite are pickled green beans and carrots spiced with shu peppers, dill, onion, and a little bit of sugar.

I also really like my grandma’s recipe for fridge pickles. You’re meant to eat them fresh as soon as the brine gets cold. They’re cucumber and onion slices in lots of sugar, salt, and apple cider vinegar. They’re delicious.

I love pickled asparagus as well as pickled eggs and pickled turkey gizzards. Yummy!

That’s probably easy to find at an Indian grocery store. Pickles from pataks cost about £2 or less per jar. I wouldn’t get it from Amazon.

I looked. No Canadian supplier for Patak’s garlic pickle.

Patak’s exists here but the uk supplier is doing it’s own thing.
