What is your nightly routine and do you wear pajamas?

I was chatting with this dude I work with and he was trying to tell me all the health benefits of sleeping nude,

Which I’ve read about but am not fully sold on.

Then he talked about how people with depression/other mental illnesses frequently sleep fully clothed.

I was ready to tell him how dumb that was when I realized that I slept fully clothed all the times I was super sick, sometimes months at a time.

So, if sleeping nude is totally healthy and sleeping in day clothes is totally unhealthy, where do pj’s stand?

I sleep in an old, cut up t-shirt, also known as the least sexy thing in the world…

What do you think about sleep clothes reflecting mental health?

Also, what is your nightly routine, if you have one?

I prefer to sleep nude, nothing tugging at you, but I’m not crazy, if I’m cold I like loose fitting PJ’s. I don’t like tight fitting clothes at anytime
When ill and I think everyone is watching, I will wear PJ’s as well, unless I’m in a screw you mood and could care less

My nightly routine usually involves taking a walk, shower, then hit the sheets. And honestly, once you sleep nude there’s nothing else like it. I can’t go back to clothes hahahaa

I sleep in the same clothes I wear during the day. No way am I sleeping without clothes on. I sleep all different times and often for a lot of the day. I could have to get out of bed for something. Sleeping without clothes on would feel weird as hell.

I wear something similar to this:

And unless you get in bed with dirty clothes on that haven’t been washed in weeks, though what you sleep in won’t reflect your “illness”

I think the link between wearing clothes to sleep and mental illness is just showing negative symptoms.

A strong routine suggests health, I think.

Maybe I’m reading too far into PJ’s…

And I agree about sleeping nude @lostinthespace,

But I have boobs and those babies need to be contained.

@LionDragon, super sexiness, but would be hotter if it had footies.

I wear comfy pjs every night. Just a tshirt and short in pastel colors with elephants on them :ok_hand::joy:

Sometimes during the day I stay in my pj’s but shower and change at night. I like to be super comfy

I like to wear cute fashionable pyjamas.

I never sleep nude as my family randomly come into my room in the morning whilst I’m still asleep.

I wear a t-shirt and shorts or pj bottoms. Just simple and not to weird if my house catches fire or something happens where I need to leave my house lol.

In my bed that I had when was not living at home with my dad I wore my birthday suit but I had nice satin sheets. Now that I am home and have to sleep in a twin bed I wear clothes to bed, whatever I was wearing that day.

When I move back out again maybe this spring I will be back to my bed and sleeping in the buff.

I wear whatever top I’d been wearing that day and some pyjama bottoms

I feel like sleeping nude would be really weird for me

I usually wear just pajama pants and go to sleep topless. Sometimes I wear my shirt that I was wearing all day and go pantsless. I don’t normally like going to bed fully clothed, haha.
