What is your favorite video game?

Mine is Crysis. Large, non-lineal maps, amazing graphics with stable frame rate, and good AI.

hmmmmmmm…

1p… I’d have to say oblivion… very few games have got me logging in 100+ hours.

Multiplayer at this point is soul calibur…

but what I’ve been playing the most lately is phantasy star portable on PSP. The story and cut-scenes are utter crap but the gameplay is like the original with a few enhancements… somethings I’d tweak about the UI and controls which it won’t let me do… but still it has wifi multiplayer for dungeon crawling hack n slash character leveling item finding… good replay value

I like FPS they are the best. The most memories have came from Halo and Warrock.

Halo PC was my favorite multiplayer game in my teens. I PWNED at that game. No one could best me except someone named Heather on her own moded maps. My favorite map was Death Island, my favorite transport was the ghost, and my favorite weapon was a sniper rifle.

Dude we should get halo 2 pc going… if that interests you… I don’t know if the servers are up anymore… but xlink kai might do tunneling between pcs as a virtual lan…

I also served up a great deal of pwnage when it came to halo…

My computer can barely handle solitaire let alone Halo 2. I wish, that would be fun.

League of Legends. Specifically ARAM. Though I haven’t really had the concentration to be able to play much recently. I also really liked The Last of Us.

My favorite party game is probably Fortune Street.

Actually the official servers are still up for Halo 2 PC… apparently they run on the XBL infrastructure… but I doubt XBL is required to play…

means that it won’t be going anywhere…

what do you think about that @daimon?

We could make a clan of sz folk and pwn anyone who still plays that â– â– â– â–

I have to wait until my desktop is repaired. I am on my laptop at the moment.

What are you’re specs?

Do you have a spare pci express port? What is your cpu clock speed? is it multicore?

The xbox was 733 mhz so if you have a 1 or 1.2 ghz processor it might be alright…

You have a dvd drive?

I just realized halo 2 with the improved 360 controller… that’d be pretty sweet.

Laptop might run halo 2… that’s what I was planning on using…

Trust me, this laptop can’t handle Halo PC. It has problems just playing a Netflix video.

My desktop has an i5 3.2 quad core CPU, 4GB of ram, 1TB HDD, and a Radeon HD 5770.

Halo 2 pc is 22$ from newegg

19$ on amazon… has the prime 2 day shipping so that cost would be inclusive

20$ from walmart.com and you can do site to store

I prefer Halo 1 PC. Halo 2 PC was kind of gimped. I couldn’t get into it. Worse physics, graphics, and maps if I recall correctly.

Ah man halo 2 was alright… halo 1 was pretty legit though… I still saw halo 2 as a major improvement… destructible vehicles more weapons… more game modes (oddball) energy sword

Melee is cheap on it. You can hit someone from 5 feet away

Yeah the slight lunge…

Well dude it’s up to you… I’ve decided to get the game at some point here… it really was the height of the experience for me…

Halo 3 and onward they added way to much stuff that changed the formula… jetpacks were cool… loadouts solved a lot of the racing to weapon ■■■■■■■■(which they brought back for halo 5)… aside from that though it was too much noise… not the original battle rifling and shotgunning and sword dueling action of halo 2.

HEEEYYYYYYYYYYYYYY we should totally get some halo 2 going on this site

The graphics are not worse at all… especially on the pc version which is HD and has higher res textures than the xbox version was allowed

I’m going to look up my specs right now.
