I agree with you @Jake comedy (but you could argue it is Sci-FI) is my favourite too. My favourite movie of all time is Spaceballs (A comedy/Sci-Fi hybrid). Although there are a lot of other moves I’ve really liked too.

I used to love a good documentary about environmental catastrophe. When I was like ten years old, just old enough to understand stuff, my mom took me to a documentary at Ontario Place and all I remember is being frightened at the destruction of Earth by the death of the Sun. That day the standard was set for existential crisis and have always liked a documentary that can do that.

I damn well bust a gut every time I watch them LOL
But I also love movies like Braveheart, 300, Snatch, Fight Club. Snatch and Fight Club changed my opinion of Brad Pitt. I thought he was just a pretty boy, but f****** can he act!!

Horror, sci-fi (less these days) and occasional mystery/fantasy.
I like movies, but not so much horror. I watch quite a bit of horror with my husband though because he loves it so much

I like all kinds, except horror. The only horror movies I like are sci-fi things like The thing. And I guess sci-fi is my favorite genre, but it’s a pretty small one. I watched most of what is out there that has got a decent review.

Horror, definitely. It takes a lot to genuinely scare me, so normally I just enjoy them
