I don’t know much about classical music
but found recently that classical music helps me to get rid of distractions in my mind.
My musics are:
I listen to my local classical station every day. It’s so relaxing. I’m not super knowledgeable about classical music but Beethoven is probably my favorite composer.
I love Tchaikovsky’s Firebird. I know it’s in 3 separate parts and they each have different names, but ultimately it was for the ballet Firebird, which is a fantastic ballet.
I don’t know much about classic music but I love listening to it. Mostly I listen to Beethoven’s Piano Sonata.
No knowledge on classical music but I full heartedly love piano and violin.
Anyone listen to this guy?
I am thinking about making a study of classical music. I don’t want to be academic and read just facts. I want to think about what I hear and I have a few questions. Does this music have a “thread?” That is, an idea you can follow beginning to end? What are the historical qualities I might recognize? Like baroque, romantic, classical, modern?
I like Beethoven best.
Chopin …debussy… sometimes bethoven and lieszt
I like Erik Satie, Alexis French,…
Stockhausen, Webern, Bach, Beethoven, Brahms,
Scriabin, Berg, Schoenberg, Bartók etc
I highly recommend frederic chopin’s nocturners. Mozart’s requium. Mozart’s symphony no. 20 for strings. Vivaldi four seasons and many others. I live classical.
One of my favourite songs is Raindrops Prelude by Chopin. I really like piano classical music also.
