My heart beats fast af and I can’t breathe
Might be just a panic attack but could be something serious. If it doesn’t go away soon I would go to the ER just to be safe.

Have you had your heart checked out recently.
If so, it’s likely anxiety.
When I get anxious I listen to relaxing music and try to slowly breathe deeply.
Have you tried that!
Yes they took an ECG. Its bothering me every day so idk if its anxiety

I’m not an expert but I think you have disorders like General Anxiety Disorder that are persistent.
But as always, you really need to talk to your nurse or (p)doc about it and try different treatments.
