I tried a cows stomach. It didn’t taste good to me. I think the texture especially put me off.

Swordfish. I still feel guilty about it. But I’m a guilty meat eater anyway.

I ate voles and squirrels once when I was psychotic…I thought that the food supply was being poisoned so caught squirrels and voles that frequented my back patio. Squirrel was pretty good but voles don’t have much meat at all and are very dry. I think I would barf my guts up if I had to eat them again.

Also, my grandma used to make scrapple for us on weekends…I loved the taste of it until I found out what it was made of.

Alligator, rabbit, eel, octopus, squid, and frog legs are all I can think of at the moment.

Pig snouts (not bad).
Porcupine (not bad)
Dog (weird and I felt horrible when I found out)

That last one was served to me in Northern Manitoba when I was there on a work trip many years back. The local dog population is out of control to the point where wild packs hunt local kids. The folks up there shoot them and eat them.

I’ve eaten squirrel and rabbit too. Both of them were pretty good. I’ve also eaten pickled pigs feet. It was okay, but not great. I wouldn’t spend money on them. One time at college they were serving calf testicles in the cafeteria. No one would eat them. They had a huge pan, but I guess they had to dump them. I’m sure they tasted good, but I wouldn’t eat them.

@crimby lmao, haha good call…have you ever seen the scene where Chevy Chase eats a bunch of testicles…haha by accident.

Calamari is as adventurous as I get.

13 meats in one day, that’s my record, and it was all thanks to a nice cioppino at a beach side place in Maui.

Live octopus babies still moving, still beating snake heart and blood in a glass of moonshine, live scallop made tableside, basically all the meats I can try I will.

I’ve eaten embryonic duck eggs, to sticky rotting soybeans.

Maybe a dozen types of insects in various form.

Food is food. Life eats life.
