What is the best way to make brussel sprouts?

What’s your way of preparing them?

Garbage disposal is not one :joy::rofl::smirk:

Boston market makes great brussel sprouts with bacon. I have to figure out how to knock it off.

I don’t know how to make too much in the oven lol, but I would love my sisters recipe she made three years ago for Christmas eve. It was roasted brussel sprouts with lemon, spices and an orange zest……. they were so good. If I’m in the mood for brussel sprouts by the steamer bags and put them in the microwave and put butter and parmasen cheese on them!

This is how I have Brussel sprouts too.
In the oven then add olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
Very tasty…

Yea I just like putting them in a food steamer ideally but I’m so impatient with waiting around that I either will try them out in a frying pan with other stuff and if they don’t soften fast enough then just not eat them.

my rich ex sister in law would take brussel sprouts, fresh asparagus and red onion quarters on a cookie sheet with olive oil brushed on the veggies and bake…

I like to toss them in microwave for a short while with lots of real butter and salt.
