Brussel sprouts, who likes em?

I bought a bag of brussel sprouts, that’s how this adventure begins, and I made half in the oven with oil and garlic and salt and pepper.

Not bad. Not great.

Anyone have an idea what I should do with the other half bag? My wife won’t eat them so they are for me. I just need to get excited about these tiny cabbages you know?

I would say fry them with bacon but your post earlier tells me that’s not the correct answer :joy:

Yeah. That’s a popular recipe. Especially for Thanksgiving.

The problem is I’m a vegetarian. I know, I’m boring. Thanks for the feedback though. There’s no wrong answers.

I thought an Asian inspired recipe with sesame and honey could be good

I’m also unaware if honey is vegetarian or not, so sorry if that doesn’t work

Some people eat honey, some people don’t.

Is it weird that I also got a head of cabbage and I think of the brussel sprouts as it’s minions?

Hmm.

I Like Garlic.

I like to drizzle honey and melted butter over them and bake at 450 for 25 minutes.
