that’s my thought, but they assured me the modified test is 95% fail safe, still means there is a 5% chance they got it wrong, but I don’t really care, my job doesn’t require you to be a genius, and I like my job so it means nothing really…im smart enough to get by and that’s what matters!

the tendency to stigmatize… being sz leads me to disdain the “normals.” It’s just jealousy though, in this case. In that stigma… it’s belittling to strip someone of their freedom. I feel it is what happened to me. People are individuals… that should be respected inherently.
Our differences are necessary… my gut tells me this.
i qualified for mensa when I was about 13 my amom wouldnt let me join–couldnt afford it.

Sociopaths and manipulators also tend to have critical thinking skills and cognitive processing speed. It’s what you do with what you have, whether it be i.q. or e.q. And typically, most do not have ample doses of both. I too, will not post my i.q. It’s low enough to be a tripping hazard.

As you can see my IQ in one area is very low, and yet on full IQ tests I can score in or near the gifted range. This is because I compensate in other areas. Most people have a much narrower gap between the different types of intelligence.
Like some have suggested I think EQ is important as to how you get on in many jobs.
A person with an IQ of 115 and good EQ/people skills will do better often than a person with an IQ of 122 and poor EQ/people skills.
My EQ depending on the test can range from low to average.
Pretty sure you could bump that up to 200 and still be right when it comes to most professions.

You are probably right. I was just giving an example. People/social skills are very important and sometimes/often impaired with certain conditions including schizophrenia.
I wonder how many of us who are employed are working at a level commensurate with our IQ.

I think many of the leading Nazis were reckoned to have high IQs. Have heard that low IQ sociopaths tend to end up in prison while a high IQ sociopath can be a highly successful business person.
