Two peas in a pod.
My house is sinking in on the east side, you can set a marble down, and it rolls down into the wall.
What to do, what to do?
sounds like fun a marble race. have you had a cost on fixing it. I did and I could build a new house cheaper. I have no freeze line and the floor was built in 1897 . in hafe the house.
I wouldn’t want to waste anyone’s time trying to get someone to estimate it because I’m pretty sure they’d tell me to knock the entire place down --save one wall, that way it’d be considered a renovation instead of a new build, and that would save a ton of money of the taxes and fee’s the city charges.
My house was builtin 1979, and every single appliance/fixture has broken, fell apart, or disintegrated. Most appliances were bought in 2006 when a flood hit our side of town and the water came into our house ruining everything that touched the floors.
Somehow only the original microwave (same size as the oven below it) with turn knobs and football score flip style numbers is all that hasn’t been destroyed by a something (or someone who shall remain nameless) that all started in the year I got a divorce, 2012, hmmmmm.
