Coffee + cashew milk

Smoothie with 1 banana, 2 apples, blueberries, cashew milk and maple syrup

Anise breadsticks
An orange
Banana

Tea with maple syrup

Brown toast with ketchup, vegan mayonaise, vegan cheese, tofu dog and pickles x 2

Later I will make some drink, tea or hot chocolate

sounds delicious…I am on a self made diet of eggs and cheese for breakfast and two cans of chunky soup grilled chicken and sausage gumbo at night…losing weight like crazy !!

Had chicken nuggets this afternoon.
Going to have some chicken soup and rice for dinner.
I’m having some stomach issues.

A small banana and some orange peel.
A turkey salami and processed cheese sandwich
A small bowl of Golden Grahams and milk
A giant bowl of Japanese curry and a chicken breast.
And probably more, it’s only 4:09 pm.

I am too ashamed to post what I ate. I had a snack, then I had fast food. Under 1500 calories though.

Oh god. An omelet and some hot cocoa.

Red bell pepper stuffed with ground turkey and brown rice. Straight from the refrigerated section of Trader Joe’s to my microwave. :yum:

It works the best with coffee! I buy the unsweetened cashew milk. :yum:
