I have great respect toward the Indigenous peoples. They have taught me so many things.
Very interesting reading.
It reminds me of how the colonists regard the aborigines as lazy in Australia when it is merely a different kind of living. One that the whites donāt respect in the quest for riches all the time.
While it is true we have longer lives and all the gadgets we can ever imagine, are any of the white Industrialist capitalists any happier? According to google there are over 270,000,000 people on antidepressants just to make it through their days. An absurd Huxlian prophecy of a medicated society.
The capitalist paradigm proves itself unsatisfying and bright flashing lights of āhappinessā are imprinted into our minds. Barely anyone is. The happiest ones are not driven by greed, consumption or craving whatsoever.
Itās hard to say without having a common frame of reference. Does anyone want to donate to the ābuy Ozymandias a giant flying penis like Jeff Bezos hasā fund so I can go into lower orbit as well and find out?
Thanks in advance!
