What happens if you miss your drugs

I’m the same way.

I keep a pill case with a weekends worth in my purse at all times. That way if I’m every away from home unexpectedly I will be covered.

Get yourself a weekly pill case. I got a nice one at the drug store. It is black with a blue band on it. It doesn’t look like your grandma’s pill case.

Yeah I have a weekly pull case which helps a lot. Withdrawal can be awful.

I will usually take my meds with me and keep then in a small pill case and slip it into my pocket - when I leave the house.
I keep my meds in another bigger pill case just for the house - first thing in the morning I count out all of the pills that I will be taking for the day and evening and put it into the pill case. This is a good way of keeping track of what I took

I have gone through withdrawal without knowing it, I was on benzos and I also have epilepsy, so I had 6 grand mal seizures and did not know why, until the hospital asked me if I was taking my meds. I explained that I was on the same meds for 7 yrs, and stopped all of them, and did not realize what withdrawal was. He explained the whole thing to me, and now when I want to go off something I titrate it down slowly, and I NEVER go off my seizure meds anymore.

I use a pill container. So if I miss a day at least I’ll know. That hasn’t happened yet I’m pretty good about taking my meds.

Yeah, pill containers are great. I occasionally miss doses of my resperidone, cogentin and welbutrin in the morning or the evening. I miss doses on average about three or four times a month. Skipping doses has had no noticeable effect on me as far as I know. Well, except once in the last twenty odd years. And that was about three months ago when I ran out of resperidone for four days. I felt really weird, like on the verge of a relapse. But that was ONCE. Skipping one or two days doesn’t affect me.
