This has probably been asked before, so please excuse me if it has. I was reading that there may be a connection between hand dominance and sz.
I’m left-handed so I’m wondering if there is a connection.

Right handed though my writing looks terrible…often with capital letters sprinkled in randomly amongst the blocky lettering…

I use both hands. But not as much after I broke my left arm. Did not have the patience to practice up my motor skills again. I write with right hand but use my left arm as much as the right doing everything else.
I am left handed

Left handed . I think the connection is more with being ambidextrous .
New research published in the journal Neuropsychologia finds that left-handed people are at increased risk for certain mental health issues, including ADHD, dyslexia and even schizophrenia
For example, while left-handed people make up only 10 percent of the population, 20 percent of schizophrenics are left-handed. And those who are ambidextrous (able to use both hands), only an estimated 1 percent of the total population, may be even more at risk; 30 percent of schizophrenics are ambidextrous.

I was a leftie, but my parents and first teacher forced me to write with my right hand. In time I’ve developed a habit to try anything with both hands, so I’m pretty much a self-taught ambidextrous, although there are preferences, like I’d rather play tennis with my left hand or carry heavy objects with my right hand etc.

Both. I write better in cursive with my left hand, but print better with my right.

You can also see if you are a lefty or righty if you peek in a hole with one eye. Which eye do you prefer? Left or right?
I use the hand or eye closest to the object. I also prefer to talk in my phone in left ear. I listen to music with my right ear if I only have one earbud.
When I did WAISS III there was a test to follow patterns, i was supposed to point at the wooden pegs in the right order. Suddelny I messed up and started pointing with both hands. Felt like a moran.
I write mainly with the left, but can also write with the right, though slower.
