I was only ever on 20mg. I was left on that for two years with no follow up. This is why I am sceptical about services now. I was allowed to put on 30 kilos and basically sleep-walk for that time on that drug.
They should have reduced the dose in my opinion, but the CMHT did not do anything to try and achieve this, and my GP - like most in the UK - are just too busy to treat anyone how they should.
10mgs works well for me. I could probably go as low as 7.5mgs but it just works out easier to take 10mgs. I get the odd breakthroughs but these days I’m pretty stable. Been on it at this dose for over a decade!
I take 5mg olanzapine for my depression. Any more and it makes me depressed. But I take 200mg amisulpride as well, it is my main med.

Im doing fine on 25 mg.
Hopefully i can start lowering it
I don’t take it for psychosis, but I might get back on 10 mg for sleep.
40mg Zyprexa, 60mg abilify, 80mg haldol
15mg and im 5 stone over weight
