I’ve had more people this month. Jump my case. And try to make me unhappy. So I told the psychiatrist. About this These says most people take advantage of nice people. I said but i’m weird You said that makes it easier for a pick on you.
If you are inferring that people are picking on you here. I dont think thats the case. Some people view what you posted as animal abuse and it angers them. I myself , think it was just an uninformed decision. All I did was politely point out that its not recommended to shave a cat and could be detrimental to them and you took offence and told me to be civil.
I think you have a problem with being wrong and having it pointed out to you. I dont like being wrong either, but I try to be open if I am. This has happened with you before. You dont take being wrong well and lash out or take offense.

I’m going to say something because this is directed at me. Domesticated animals are precious, and it is our human responsibility to treat them well. Domesticated animals don’t know how to exist in real nature. They have to rely on us to survive. If you think about it, animals aren’t supposed to be shaved in the wild to survive. This is something humans have made up for their pets. Natural shedding occurs, but the hair doesn’t all fall off naturally.
There is also a huge difference between shaving and grooming. Grooming is great, especially for long haired dogs. But cats really were not meant to be fully shaved. They have a hard time regulating their internal temperature. So in extreme heat or cold they can really suffer. Your cat won’t necessarily die, but they will be miserable in bad weather. If it goes outdoors at all, its skin has added exposure to diseases and more likely be bitten by harmful insects such as ticks.
So yeah, you’ve posted about shaving the cat before. And I’ve told you that it’s not nice to do it. At this point I can’t help but think you don’t care. That’s all I gotta say.
