I’ve tried talking about what happened to me and stuff that affects me like memories and past life stuff but it doesn’t help me. I think I need to find a different type of therapist perhaps non-traditional.
My therapist and I had our weekly phone session today. I told her I have been paranoid about my landlord not completing my HUD housing recertification and not receiving my absentee ballot in the mail. I forgot to mention my friend sent me a White Pride manifesto a couple of days ago. I don’t want to be friends with him anymore. I haven’t been calling my sister because of my paranoia. She doesn’t like it.
