What do you take to help your mental health?

I am currently off meds.
I take high doses of fish oil,workout a lot and take melatonin to sleep.I have never heard voices or have delusion,but the doctor diagnosed me with schizo and I took meds for 9 years.Mainly Abilify,I did tried risperidal,olanzapine,Invega,sulpiride,mood stabilizer and a few antidepressant

I take two aspirins one in the morning with my mood stabilizer and then I take another aspirin in the night with all my my medication for my schizophrenia, I read, and run with my dog

I take Vitamin C. 1000mgs a day because I don’t eat a lot of fruit and when your a pirate you need to avoid scurvey!

I used to take fish oil. Did it help? May be, May be not. I have gout now anyways but I’d stopped it a long time ago.

So. Zyprexa and Effexor. They are the key. Glad your not taking meds. If you can do that over a couple of years without symptoms I’d say your out of the woods. It’s not unheard of. You suddenly think that the cartoons on the disney channel are talking to you then I think it’s time for some meds!

For sza, I take: Risperdal Consta, Seroquel, Geodon, Celexa, and Klonipin. For supplements I take: Fish oil, melatonin, multivitamins and a nootropic.

For coping skills, I engage in: yoga, meditation, piano practice, prayer, reading, Spanish language study, pet ownership, volunteering, social media, cooking, art appreciation.

For meds I take abilify, l-theanine, vitamin D, theacrine, celexa, and hydroxine

For therapy, I do grounding techniques, therapy, and working out

Meds I take are Invega and Seroquel, and sometimes Truxal.

I do a lot of distractions to keep my mind occupied, and I try to reach out if things get bad.

140mg of ziprasidone, 20mg escitalopram at night. 10mg abilify in the morning

I just take my medications which is paliperidone and sertraline.

I take lots of rest and time outs plus a little medication. Glad i am granted to do that.

Abilify 10 mg and Amyloban 3399. I switched from 12 mg Paliperidone recently. Going to eventually get Rexulti. Considering Haldol low dose also, for headache and voice cessation.
