Crossword puzzle and sudoku books at the store. They’re cheap. can even do it free on a phone or app or online…helped me with my anxiety and dissociation.

I recommend Nido powdered milk. It tastes just like regular milk and it lasts a long time.

Elf makeup is so incredibly cheap and it’s vegan and nice stuff.

Microwave meals from grocery shops can be wonderful and affordable.

I have raw baby spinach leaves pretty often too. Mostly with poached eggs or a chicken sandwich. Pretty good for you apparently.

I recommend Shae Moisture shampoo and conditioner. It does wonders for my hair and scalp even though I’m Caucasian and most people think it’s for people of African descent

My cousin is biracial. She uses Shea butter in her hair and it smells soooo good!! I’ve used Shea shampoo before and I’m a white girl (well I’m actually semi-brown part Native American). You can get it at the Family Dollar.

For those of you who do your own laundry I highly recommend Arm and Hammer’s Super Washing Soda. Not to be confused with their baking soda that you put in your fridge.

You can use it in laundry and it makes your clothes look amazing because it boosts your detergent’s strength.

It’s like around 5$ for a big box if it at Walmart.

You can also use for a ton of other cleaning purposes, including cleaning white sneakers/or sandals.

It’s expensive than average but I have The Coldest water bottle brand. It keeps ice water icy for up to three days. I love it and take it everywhere I go. I just pack it with ice, water and a lemon slice and carry it everywhere. Best investment.
