That’s good @Mountainman. I worry that by watching me and recording it they can publically humiliate me. I also worry it lets them know the best time to kidnap me so they can torture me.

But what’s the difference between feeling paranoid about something and obsessing about it? for instance, if I buy something at store A, I always make sure to bring the receipt with me if entering store B in case they suspect my groceries from store A have been pinched at store B. I;ve worried about this like for 20 years, and yet no one has ever asked to produce a receipt for my whatever groceries I was carrying. I guess this is just normal OCD anxiety. When does it become paranoia?

That’s me, lol. What if they think my mom and I are trying to shoplift? And I don’t even understand the fear. Like, if someone accuses us of shoplifting, we can just show them the receipt from the other store. It wouldn’t even be a big deal. I don’t know why I worry about it so much. It’s not that serious…

I am paranoid about people breaking into my house to murder me and my cat. Snipers outside the window so I can’t open the blinds. People laughing at me. Cameras all over my home and outside that record everything I do. Getting kidnapped and tortured. Those are the major ones.

People out to get me. Usually starts with me questioning what they are saying. So my thoughts start going…why did they say that? Why choose those words? Paranoia can be really subtle.

The government.
They always meddle in my affairs. I think they just did it.
I was going to refinance my house and save $800 per month it was s done deal and I was set to close and then they called me and said my DTI was 46% and had to be 42% and canceled it.
I constantly notice these types of little things.

They meddle in my financial affairs all the time. My medication prices sometimes change too. That flips me out. I am sure they monitor me here too though.

The funny thing is I have been trying to get a government job for 7 years now and I think I finally have one but I wish the pay was better and it’s a temporary job. But I will take what they give me.
