I drop kick mine. Punch em, knock em down. Make em eat dirt. Not the nice ones though.
my inner voice is guidance from above, i think if it is having a good effect then its ok but if it gets destructive then i need meds, my meds keep my inner voice in check, they must be a good defence against the evil one, i wish i could do it myself but i need that crutch to keep me afloat

I have good voices and evil voices that hate me and want me to do bad things. They convince me I’m stupid, ugly, and evil.
only listen to the good things, its perfectly healthy to have an inner voice guiding you but when it becomes destructive then thats when it is a problem
