I usually just sit on my bed and stare into space….also a lot of times I drift off to sleep. And I get on this site.
When I have nothing to do, I usually listen to music.

I’ve been trying to stay off the computer more lately and instead do chores around the house. My apartment is very easy to keep clean though so if I do a few things a day to stay on top of things it’s easy to do everything. If I’m really bored I’ll go get some fast food and sit in my car and eat it while listening to the radio.
I will crash at bed and try to write something or poke the phone for multiple things.
I go out for drives
Music or read, half the time it’s music, half the time it’s read.
I’m in bed all day and night.
Usually always on my phone.
Browsing forum or Facebook or YouTube.

I watch TV, currently im watching Game of Thrones. I go on my phone, this site and facebook the most. I take a nap. I bother my husband (lol). I play with my kids. And i use to cross stitch, but i havent in a while.
Relax. Sleep. Have a cup of tea. Listen to music. Vape.
These days I exercise. I walk. Even if it’s in the house I’ll do 1,000 steps an hour so that takes some time. Gives me some good exercise and I’m ahead of the game.
I don’t work but I honestly would like more time in my day. I will find someway or something to do so I still get shitty sleeping 8 hours a day but know I have too.

It took years to get it. Keep moving. If your moving your a lot less of a target.
I wasted years battling the negatives but got a simple fitness tracker. Simple goal. Walk 10,000 steps a day and over the years my exercise and negatives got better. Then I wasn’t moving so moved to diet.
Took a bit but found keto. It works. It’s not for everyone but I’ve done the hard yards. Sometimes you just have to draw the line in the sand and say I need to improve…

I have tons of possibilities: this site, prayer, news app, Duolingo app, Spanish book app, reading my books and magazines, yoga, practicing piano, walking to the parish, Netflix, YouTube, calling my friend, surfing web, etc…
If there’s really nothing to do, I will watch TikTok. It’s not great but it passes the time. Other times I will play my switch or watch YouTube.
