play some music and draw! all I can relate it to is when I was in school. because before I actually dropped out, I was struggling horribly and literally sat there aaaall day long with my headphones in both ears ignoring the teachers… draw tho! even if you ain’t good. practice makes perfect.

i am bored too, I go out of hospital check email and facebook and lay in bed and thanks there is good food to eat. I smoked a lot of tabacco, but sit listening to music and do nothing

There have been times when I too didn’t have the attention span to even focus on TV. A lot of us sz’s have probably been that way. Just take it easy. If it comes easy, take it easy. The important thing is that you don’t do things like smoke a joint in the bathroom, or sneak away from your desk when you should be there. Maybe you could find some kind of book that is a good read.
I’d recommend music while you work. It will help the day go by smoother.
aside from getting my basic needs met. listen to music and play CS:GO
