I have a voice that I named Chief, simply put he’s the ring master and he’s the only voice that suggest I skin myself. I think if I could actually see him he probably carries a big knife on his side and has a very scarred face. He’s vicious and he loves to try to get me to retaliate when he is telling me what to do, his laugh is huge and dark.
They once told me all this would stop if I called them on my mobile phone!
They then recited my mobile number!
My voices talk to me in English and Spanish.

The voices always say negative things. Yesterday when I was getting blood work the voice said to me (talking about my nurse),“she’s too ugly to be married”. One day I’m scared I’m gonna blurt out something stupid like that.
They talk through people around me too! I know exactly what you mean.
I have heard the exact same phrase told to me at night twice so far total. It has scared me incredibly on top of a plethora of other auditory, dreams, and supernatural occurrences I have experienced.

When I was hearing voices I would hear things like “I love you”, “I love doing this” and “I’m bored”, or sometimes comments on youtube videos that I’d watch. During high-pressure days the voices would be worse though, and it would say things like “get out of here” or “ignored”, and my thought process would be very negative, where I’d finish sentences in my mind with negative phrases almost automatically.
My most memorable voice said, “I’m only with you because you’re hot.” He has said that multiple times, here and there, but only when my mental health was really bad. I hear my coworkers whisper incoherent gossip pretty often and I hear people calling / whispering my name a lot.
I remember some of the things they say but not everything my voices are like being around a bad friend while being on hallucinogens they just try to make me nervous all the time and having intrusive thoughts and being a weird person in general doesn’t help, people in public used to always make comments about what I’m wearing and what drugs I am on, I used to twitch a lot after psychosis started before I had working meds maybe there was still some weed in my system back than that ■■■■ used to make me feel like I was having a seizure
hmm the voices call me a psychic sometimes probably because i have like a loop of the same thoughts over and over and they say the same thing after i have one of these thoughts every time so i learned what they are going to say and i will think it at the same time, they also called me gay ALOT everything the voices say is made 10 times worse by the thoughts that i have
i really cant remember much which is odd because i was hearing them literally every second i was awake but maybe its a good thing because they are very quiet now, i always remember what they say when I’m freaking out or in a really stressful situation
When I used to hear voices before i was diagnosed and after I was diagnosed, I would hear kill her in the shower (referring to my mom), slice her in tiny pieces(referring to my mom), smother her with the pillow, it will be a mercy killing(referring to my grandma) knife! knife! knife!(meaning slice my mom’s, throat), you should kill yourself with the gun in the closet because your life is not worth living(before I went to the hospital), blood is spilling down the walls(while I was in the hospital) prove your worth to us by killing your family and yourself(pre hospital), and find some weapons in the basement(pre-hospital). They were not very nice. This was over 6 years ago. When it gets bad I hear them I hear kill them all. But I don’t hear them right now.

Thanks, I’m on Invega Sustena 256 mg now. It’s helped a lot with the paranoia and the disorganized thinking (perseveration) repeating the same word over and over again.

My voices speak to me in Spanish.
I have an extensive set of transcripts of what my voices say to me. I would be happy to send some to you if you want. Up until last Thursday night (27/02/20) I had some blogs and web pages that showed what my voices say. But on that night I got punched in the throat by a man, and I believe it was realted to my voices (he is one of them), and I was told by my voices to delete everything, so I did.

I keep getting asked the ssame question over and over again, and have just realised they are ‘keywords’ and Pam is hearing something different to what I respond withj everytime I repond, so she thinks I am ‘dissing’ her all the time. Here are the codewords
