Will be giving out prezzies today, since the weather was super awful and didn’t want my dad to drive down to our house in the sleet.
We’re also having Chinese food and watching some movies.
Bought parents 75" tv with brother and sister. Brother gave me 100$ playstation store card sister gave me several gift cards. I gave out 100$ bills this year. Parents gave me drill, bed sheets, housecoat, and cash.
We didn’t do gifts yesterday, because we don’t celebrate Xmas. But for Hanukkah, my sister and I had our picture taken with Santa (ha!) and put it in a really pretty frame and gave it to our parents. They don’t ask for anything for Hanukkah – they don’t actually want anything. They gave me a combo Hanukkah/birthday gift – a new iPad Pro. My sister and I don’t exchange gifts anymore. She knows I can’t really afford anything right now (though I always get her something when she watches my cat).
Too bad MrSquirrel isn’t coming here any more. I’m sure he’d approve.
I was good to my son throughout the year, not just christmas day
My S.O. and I both watched Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol together. It was very enjoyable.
I just sent out Christmas cards and got some in return. No presents as my only family live 1020 miles away.
