Hey eating something is better than eating nothing. Symptoms can make it very hard to feed yourself so donā€™t beat yourself up over it if you donā€™t eat the healthiest sometimes.

Iā€™ve eaten so much today. Yogurt, mangoes and oats. Hard roll with butter. Turkey sandwich. and currently Pulled pork.

Iā€™m getting ready to eat noodleless lasagna in about an hour oh and daddyā€™s bringing fried green tomatoes. @anon35166066. Do you know what fried green tomatoes are?

I donā€™t! I know the movie ā€˜fried green tomatoes at the whistle stop cafeā€™. What are they?

:tomato: tomatoes that havenā€™t ripened yet are green. You slice them up and cover them in corn flour and fry them in lard salt and pepper. Itā€™s a dish that ppl in southern US make

Donā€™t think we can afford these usually, but they seem to be one of the ā€œhealthiestā€ potato chips yet and they are really crunchy

I ate a can of veggie chips today which is essentially potato chips with a tiny amount of vegetable dust on it.

More in control today. Turkey sandwich. Pepperoni, cheese and crackers. Cashews. I weigh and measure just about everything i put in my mouth. I have about 400 calories left today! More if I go for a walk or something.

I ate Cinnamon Life cereal with instant dry milk for breakfast. I ate two chocolate chip cookies with some green, seedless grapes for lunch. And a Salisbury steak with gravy, a dinner roll and a half of a plate of mixed veggies with butter and salt with a chocolate chip cookie and decaf coffee, black for dinner.
