Hey eating something is better than eating nothing. Symptoms can make it very hard to feed yourself so donāt beat yourself up over it if you donāt eat the healthiest sometimes.

I ate cookies and crackers - again.
Iāve eaten so much today. Yogurt, mangoes and oats. Hard roll with butter. Turkey sandwich. and currently Pulled pork.
Yesterday I ate chocolate chip cookies with m&ms and Coca-Cola

I ate a can of veggie chips today which is essentially potato chips with a tiny amount of vegetable dust on it.

I had a delicious burrito.
More in control today. Turkey sandwich. Pepperoni, cheese and crackers. Cashews. I weigh and measure just about everything i put in my mouth. I have about 400 calories left today! More if I go for a walk or something.
cereal and coffee as always
I ate Cinnamon Life cereal with instant dry milk for breakfast. I ate two chocolate chip cookies with some green, seedless grapes for lunch. And a Salisbury steak with gravy, a dinner roll and a half of a plate of mixed veggies with butter and salt with a chocolate chip cookie and decaf coffee, black for dinner.

Raisin bran for dinner
