I did aerobic training on the elliptical trainer,
went to sauna, and went to a religious lesson.
I could have done more with the first few hours of the day.

I’ve done nothing but sleep and hang out on the forum today. I’m dealing with some bad akathisia from a new med and it’s messing me up. :disappointed:

I hung on this forum today, helped my dad with pigs and chickens, texted my daughter, watched an episode of Wentworth(hey @rogueone!! Have you seen it on FOXTEL?) and talked to my son who thought our pigs names should be Air Bud and Cinnamon

Went for lunch with my cousin. I tried to get out of it because i was feeling anxious but she convinced me to go. I’m glad i went. She is very.understanding. Lunch was good. I had a half grilled cheese and bacon sandwich and a small bowl of thai soup. Now I’m home waiting for my kids to come here

So far I’ve loaded the dishwasher and made contact with a new case manager. Waiting on the call back. Been feeling gross and sort of depressed again. Need to shower but my bathroom is a mess and depressed me.

Well I finished de-yellowing more plastic pieces of my “Heathkit Hero 2000” 31 year old robot.
It is a slow process, but it pays off. Here is a before and after picture.

Well, I am putting its keyboard and display back together tonight, and toss this top section back onto the main frame, then cross my fingers and hope it is still working just as it was before I took it apart to do the plastic de-yellowing.
