How can we encourage discourse if everyone gets triggered by everything?

Sometimes you come off rude @Daze but I dont flag 99.9% of the time.
A lot of people are snowflakes. Most sites I’ve been on have left leaning, feminist moderators. That’s the trend I see.
Most times ive been banned or flagged, it’s because I talk about conspiracies or aliens. I’ve been accused of encouraging delusional thinking, which is bull. I believe what I say most times.
Overall, I think this site is excellent. Mods are doing a fair job.
I also think no website is secure or perfect. I assume nothing is safe anymore.
