I’m glad I did, cuz she was entering into the computer all the names and mg strength, and I couldn’t remember.
plus it was intake, so she typed a lot of that in too, but cool thing is I got a replica screen in front of me of what she was typing.
my therapist and pdoc are in the same office building, but they don’t share info digitally for some reason.
Anything you comfortable with.
i found a therapist but idk if my insurance covers me him hasnt contacted me back, his really cool.
It’s been my experience that therapist kind of lead the conversation if you don’t have something specific to talk about.
She’s probably got questions for you, as you do for her.
I wouldn’t put so much pressure on yourself to come up with things.
