As with all religions, it’s just a framework to try and make sense of the world and the unexplainable.

My answer stands the same with any such view and I know its a boring answer lol “I don’t know” and I cant say anything with conviction so I don’t have an answer

Γνώση, jnana, gnosis means that knowledge sets us free and gives salvation
Wikipedia has a decent introductory page about it, but I can’t copy paste from my phone.
I just read the wiki on it. I’m having a hard time seeing how we can discuss it without it turning into a religious debate.
