Another time i felt like I was burning under my skin so I took my shirt off and began rolling around on the ground…
That didn’t work - so I sprayed myself with a fire extinguisher…
Then I thought I would exist under tons of pressure like diving to the bottom of a pool…
Seeing visions of aliens running circles around me…
Having children with women around me that I am unsure of how it happened…

The term hallucination to the ancient Romans and Greeks pertained to spiritual things seen by some but not seen by others, it was believed that these people had been touched by the gods.
My past delusions consists of God talking to me and the government watching/spying me. And my current “delusions” are much the same thing.
I’m also having a real struggle telling reality from fiction, but I know, in the deepest part of me, that it is indeed a delusion; it’s harder to tell sometimes than other times.
