I live in the USA where all most of us ever eat for breakfast is either cereal and milk, or ham and eggs, or toast and butter. All very unhealthy.
Last night I had a Wagyu hamburger. I hardly ate any because I didn’t like it. It’s super fatty. Gross.
I skipped breakfast today. Not something i usually do but i slept in. Stayed up late the night before.
I had spicy Pad Thai beef at a restaurant for dinner. Will have grilled fish for supper.
For first breakfast I had apples and cinnamon oatmeal, second breakfast I had turkey pepperoni pizza slices, first lunch I had a egg salad sandwich, second lunch I had a bowl of sugar free chocolate pudding. I have been up since 1a.m. (the reason I’ve had two breakfasts, and lunches). It’s now 2:32p.m.
I had a protein smoothie with protein and superfoods powder, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, low fat Greek yogurt, and spinach for breakfast today

Mashed potato with onions vegetables and gravy.
Hopefully smoothie for lunch and I had apple cake for breakfast.
Sort of a red macaroni glop made with various leftovers mixed together. Didn’t want to wreck a camera by taking a picture of it.
Idli is a soft, pillowy steamed savory cake made from rice. Its very famous in south indian dish
I had lasagna earlier.
Steamed cabbage with sausages as main dish. Strawberries for dessert.
