I had a very plain dinner today. What are you having or did you have?

I had eggs with quinoa, salt and pepper.

Hoisin peppered chicken wings and Hungarian sausages.

Breakfast:
Publix ultimate sub, 1/4 foot piece, with chips.
Snacked on grapes and a can of olives as well. Also some dark chocolate.

Lunch:
Toasted Keto bread with Gouda cheese, and pan fried egg.
Combined with beef, mushroom and walnut stew.

I feel like I am eating like a beast, but I feel better and have more energy.


I feeling full now, so no dinner for me. I want to sleep good tonight.

I came out of baker acted facility about a week ago, which didn’t have the worst food, but I am enjoying what I have now, that’s for sure

I changed my mind about dinner, had another round of stew, chips, applesauce, and sauerkraut.

But now I am over stuffed.

It’s festival period in india for Hindus. So I will have to avoid non veg food for up to 10th November.
