Breakfast:
Publix ultimate sub, 1/4 foot piece, with chips.
Snacked on grapes and a can of olives as well. Also some dark chocolate.
Lunch:
Toasted Keto bread with Gouda cheese, and pan fried egg.
Combined with beef, mushroom and walnut stew.
I feel like I am eating like a beast, but I feel better and have more energy.
I feeling full now, so no dinner for me. I want to sleep good tonight.
