I want to do several things but can’t get the motivation to even turn on the TV. I’m not depressed or anything just no motivation. But that’s kind of the normal for me .
What I want to do;
-order a few groceries
-bake something like cookies
-work on my knitting
-read for 30 minutes in my book
-cook dinner
-put the clothes in the dryer up
I am having a visit from me and my gal’s social workers / case workers at 1:30Pm EST USA.
It should go very well I hope as long as she doesn’t have any issue of me to tell them or if their aren’t any issues I may think of most of the time it simple things. I make fun of it later on as well.
I ve been awake all last night and slept all mornings till midday. I just wasted the day doing nothing. Well, I really haven’t got anything better to do. I am waiting from payday to payday. My apartment is fairly clean. I would like to do some sports but it’s restricted to walks in the parks. I would like to watch some TV, but I get certainly distracted by a friend in need, so I don’t even switch the TV on. Yesterday I was able to do some writing towards my new project.
I try to reward myself, sometimes, as a way to motivate me. Like, maybe you can have cookies if you get some of things you want to get done, done.
As for “What are you doing with your day today?” …
I would like to get some chores done. I’m pretty fatigued, today, though. I’m currently drinking some coffee. I’m hoping it gives me a boost, enough to complete some tasks.
The 2 main things I definitely need to get done are:
I already had a pdoc appointment so that went well.
But otherwise the litter box will need a scoop. Gotta clean up my living area. Put some laundry away. Play the banjo. Possibly study some Hebrew. Get back to my new favorite show: 9-1-1.
I did something nice for myself today – I threw myself into the shower (not always the easiest), and took myself out for a pedicure. Then I had to run errands, which is always stressful, but I did them. Went to the pet store – kitty’s got to eat! And I bought him a Halloween collar.
