Back when I was seriously depressed and suicidal, (in the 90’s basically), I was on my knees begging the pdocs for ECT. They would always refuse me saying ECT would not work on
" [my] kind of depression". I always wondered what they meant by that? My friend, who also has sza, bipolar type received ECT. It didn’t work on her though.
