I’m a big flashlight nerd. OLight is my favorite brand. Once I get a job I’m buying the Ark Pro.
I’m also becoming a shaving nerd. Getting into different razors, lather bowls, brushes, and shave soaps.
I’m a push-up nerd. I don’t like doing other exercises (except for hiking) but I love doing pushups.
Is there such a thing as a soda nerd? I bought 16 4-packs of diet soda mix for my sodastream.
I’m a health nerd. Every time I go to the doctors and get tests or exams done, afterwards I look up the results on their website and look up every medical term and diagnosis and I copy and paste them all into CharGPT and find out exactly what they mean. Or my doctors I go to regularly post ‘after visit summaries’ and ‘notes’ and I always carefully read their analysis of my condition. I read that most guys don’t like going to the doctors and some won’t go even if they really need to but I’m an outlier, I don’t like going but I see doctors regularly.
I nerd out over political videos and animal videos on YouTube.

If I’m watching TV like the People’s court, I try to figure out where people are from based upon their accent and words that they use. I’m a linguistic nerd. Sometimes I watch peoples mouths as they speak. Especially when I’m trying to discern an accent.

I used to be an actual computer nerd. I had a zx spectrum computer when I was 12. Nowadays everyone seems to have a PC though, so everyone is a bit of a computer nerd.
