I really like the thought of being nice to random people giving one joy. The world can be so impersonal and unloving that finding joy in giving to others almost seems to be a secret to most.

Seeing the mountains on a clear day. Checking the pockets of my jeans before washing them and finding two five-dollar bills I didn’t know I had. Petting the house cat in this god-forsaken place. A good meal.
Today at work I put a dollar in a vending machine for one coke and four cans of coke came out!
