Cleaning out my food cupboard of out of date tins and I find a box of salted caramel mocha sachets at the back so now enjoying a nice salted caramel mocha coffee. Little things make me happy. What about you?

I find it in what’s inside that makes me happy.
I’m going to buy ROLLING STONE magazine soon and I’ve never bought it. But if I don’t come to it with good feelings I won’t care for it. It’s just how I am.

When I was in a different program one time they took us to this diner to get an ice cream cone. It was a little dab of vanilla, but we all enjoyed it. We were glad to get it. There is a lot to be said for keeping your expectations in check. Don’t get me wrong. I will eat a chocolate sunday sometimes, if I can afford it, but there is also a lot to be said for a little dab of vanilla. It’s good not to become so jaded that you won’t settle for a little dab of vanilla.
