Here’s me and my spots.
I keep getting them on my chin. What could it mean?
I always hear its hormonal. But that doesn’t really help me.

Is it true that eating lots of sugar or process food gives you spots
I’m not sure if I remember this correctly but I might have used hydrocortisone for my damn pimples.
I get less pimples now that I don’t have much access to junk food so I think it could be the case. Could be stress too.
Hydrocortisone is a steroid cream isn’t it?
Yes, I loved how it felt on my skin it gave me numbing or something like that.
Try this brand: mario badescu
It’s award winning. Usually that means it’s good.
Thanks
A good face wash is handy. edit…that brand is discontinued but there’s other options.
Hydrocortisone is not a bad idea, either.
Yep I forget to wash twice a day sometimes. I should probably do that instead of once. Thankyou.
I had big problems with acne when I was 18. I was prescribed Isotretinoine (Roacutan) and my acne dissapeared completely
OK I never have heard of that one. Thankyou!
That needs to be prescribed by a dermatologist.
Yeah. I also took roacutane as a teenager. Does miracles.
For a mild case you could try tea tree oil @Zoe
Thanks @TheFountainPen yea that’s true. I’ll keep that one in mind. Actually my face wash has tea tree oil but maybe a pure would be more suitable
I’m 33 and I still get acne all over my back and shoulders. I don’t know why. I always try to wash my back the best I can whenever I take a shower but I still get acne on my back all the time.
I have it on my shoulders too.
I would try a non fragrance soap. There is a brand called simple soap, that’s what I used to use.
Accutane is the most effective treatment if you have cystic acne. It got rid of mine. It will dry you out like crazy though.
