It has an oily base but dry spots, and certain places will get acne, and I’m about to turn 55!
I need a therapist for my face because it is schitzo!
So I don’t wash it and the oil builds up, problems. I do wash it and it dries more, problems.
The best would be a moisturizing wash, and a not ridiculously expensive moisturizer that doesn’t give me acne. So, please tell me what you use and why, and how expensive it is.
I used to have eczema and used hydrocortisone cream as regular moisturizer but then in twenties I was able to use proper skin moisturizer
My skin is sensitive at moment I use aveeno good for dry sensitive skin

As @Jonathan2 said, tea tree oil is an awesome spot treatment— I believe it has antiseptic and astringent properties, which make it a great option to treat individual breakouts.
I use the Oil of Olay sensitive skin face wash cloths (disposable) Not expensive, and I don’t wash my face every day, although I used to. And I use Nutrogena moisturizer with spf 15. I’m allergic to a lot of products, but the simplest ones seem to work the best, and they’re less expensive.
I swear to you, it’s like my forehead has dandruff, gross. I gently exfoliate with water and a wash cloth, but this seems to make it worse. I have found the perfect moisturizer, but I only have the trial size tube. Full size, which isn’t really very big, is $50. This month is my son’s b-day month so I can’t do it this month, but I guess I’m going to just go ahead and get it next month. Clinique visible difference for dry to very dry
