What is your favorite supper? Not restaurant

My favorite is my mom’s sweet and sour pork buttons, corn and rice. I haven’t had that in forever.

What is yours? Can be something you make or someone else makes for you.

My mom loves cooking. I think her love rubbed off on me.
I’m really not a great cook but I am always glad when my kids are satisfied.

My mom makes a wonderful oven-baked salmon with garlic, sliced mushrooms and sliced orange and yellow bell peppers. It’s so delicious and healthy too. For some reason, when I make it, it doesn’t taste quite as good as hers, but it’s still pretty good.

That’s super cool! My mom loves to cook, too. I used to cook a lot in my twenties. I’ve struggled with it since the onset of this illness.

I sometimes love cooking and sometimes can barely drag myself into the kitchen. Lately it’s been really difficult.

at my grandma’s…everyone always had chicken fried steak with cream gravy, mashed potatoes with more cream gravy…corn and green beans and a plate of pickled beets…favorite meal hands down.
