Added vistaril for anxiety… doing great now! I think I finally have found the right combo: 25 Abilify, 60 Fluoxetine, 100 Trazodone, and 2 doses of Propanolol 20. Then up to 150mg of Vistaril a day for anxiety and Klonopin for only severe anxiety/panic attacks.

Does the Vistaril make you very tired during the day? A forum member recommended it to me on a different thread and i see my pdoc next Wednesday. I’m not sure whether Vistaril or Propranolol is more of a priority to discuss, so I will talk about both. It’s just that I’m already tired during the day from all the Haldol I take,so I don’t need anything else to make it worse.

Vistaril can make you sleepy but I’m actually finding I have more energy (or at least productive energy) now that my anxiety is controlled.
