I went to bed early cause i havent slept well the past couple nights but my body does not like sleeping for more than a few hours at a time. Especially at night. So now it’s 2 in the morning and I’m awake. So I figured I’d at sleast put the energy to use and fold the laundry that I procrastinated the other day.
Is there a reason why you don’t sleep for more than a couple of hours at a time? Or you just wake up and feel wide awake?
I wake up several times each night but just fall asleep again.
I slept until 10:30pm last night so this is why I’m awake now at 2:22am.
Not sure if theres a medical reason. I just tend to wake up and be awake. Sometimes if i switch from the bed to the couch or just to somewhere else it helps me fall asleep faster but usually for that to work I have to be at least a little tired.
I have definitely accidentally done that. A part of me wonders if a night shift would be beneficial for me as I sleep better during the day and am more awake at night but alas the shop is not open at night.
Are you tired in the morning? Some people just need less sleep. And some more (like me).
Define tired. Past couple days Ive been tired but Id also been getting less sleep than normal. Typically I can function just fine off of five or six hours of sleep. Four of its not for a prolonged period of time.
Are you planning to do an all nighter or going back to bed soon?
The guy I’m dating is overseas right now, and 10:30pm here is 6:30am there.
Tired to me means that you can’t do anything because you can’t focus/don’t feel awake.
It sounds like you’re all good.
Did you already fold your laundry?
Nope currently working on it. If I’m still awake and motivated I’ll move on to my husband’s laundry.
I’m just like you but not every night. Last night I went to sleep without meds and got up and took them and went back to sleep. I was on Zyprexa ten years and that may be the reason. I also sleep on the couch half the night.
