When I am travelling outside of my house, I lose sleep mostly. I end up waking very early. But at home, I wake around 6 AM. So my sleep is always kind of half done. I just have to manage with how its been.
its hard to sleep when yu have things on the mind, i find my mind is far too active to sleep, usually on nights like that i just get up but i sometimes linger in y bed for too long and i should just get up straight away until my head quietens down and i can relax.
