I felt like ■■■■. Just terrified.
I said to myself, ‘right the sz wants to make you feel like ■■■■. That’s what the sz does and that’s ok. But you don’t have to feel like ■■■■. You can acknowledge the intrusions of bad thoughts, see them for what they are- just intrusions, then let them go and start to feel better’
And right enough I soon felt better. I even had a shower!

my anxiety is unspecified which means i dont know the cause, its an underlying condition caused by stress, i have a very low tolerance for stress and idk why, its good that you were able to turn it around like that though, usually i have to go and rest and at its worst i can barely function.
are you taking anything for it jim? i have a weeks worth of diazepam left and it only helps a little.
btw i just had a bath too (first wash in ages) lol but what helped me do it was i bought a cheap radox stress relief bubble bath thing and that gave me the motivation to do it lol was nice. also got a new shampoo/conditioner

I take pregabalin. I mostly take that for akathisia but think it helps the anxiety too.
i used to get akathisia but i got it under control somehow, it turned into a warning sign and then it never came back, probably would return if i went off meds or something.
