Hey, do you guys get weird sensations and panic attacks?
I get sometimes a tingling in my head and hands sort of like a numbness when I have panic attacks. Sometimes when I’m full panic attack mode I get little razorsharp rushes really uncomfortable. I used to have this feeling where my head was like a weight it was also an unpleasant feeling. That went away now.
My skin is very sensitive when I have panic attacks. I swear I can feel the lightest touch as if it were really heavy.
Oh yes, I feel like my heart is going to stop it races so fast and I get all kinds of physical symptoms.

Yes. The weird sensations are the root of my illness, I think. It’s kind of like being an empath…but torturous.

Yes, I got a lot of panic attacks in the past. Sometimes rarely still get them. I get weird experiences sometimes when i feel like i am in a strange place but its familiar (jamais vu). In these experiences I feel like i am out of my body watching myself, or that familiar people are strangers to me. It makes me very anxious. Sometimes I get crawling sensations up the right side of my head and neck too.
today I got numbing sensations in my head and body with voices telling me I’m going to die… not the most pleasant of voices 
I had pressure in my chest yesterday and thought I was having a heart attack, so I went to the emergency department at my local hospital… they took blood for a number of tests and it took 5 hours for me to find out that my heart it okay… I wish I was well…
