I have a weird and wacky idea, I think maybe I am going to go to college for journalism. Then I can do something productive with my obsession with social media. I have gotten good grades in most college classes I have taken, except I could not do PLC programming. When I tried to do that I started rocking back and forth all the time and went bat-sh#t crazy. But as far as I know journalists do not have to program anything, so this might actually work. I guess that last sentence wasn’t to journalistic. It starts with a preposition, or is it a conjunction, and it has a hanging fragment.

Yes and I am sure only a few journalisms students ever actually get real jobs. However, with my low current income I could probably go to community college for free.

I believe in you, ejm. go for it.
If you are in the US and your parents don’t claim you on their taxes you will probably get Pell Grants, or free tuition.

If you’re interested in technology, maybe you could look into journalism with a technology emphasis or even consider technical writing/editing.
