I start from tomorrow, and I will try to start running again tomorrow too !

MyFitnessPal doesn’t offer the same system with points (ProPoints.)
Otherwise, there’s too much proposals when I have to choose a dish.
It was small and I hadn’t eaten it all.
About 15 points for three quarters of the home made pizza.
So tonight I only ate vegetables and some leftover pizza. (and also a little bit of 0% apple sauce)
That’s awesome! I have thought about joining WW a few times, but I think I would rather do in person meetings because I feel like it wouldn’t necessarily week for me and I want a real person to be able to help me.
I have about 32 kg/70 lbs to lose still myself. Down about 28 kg so far.
That would put you just over the threshold of not still being overweight. I don’t know if you have planned to put on a lot of muscle, in which case a higher BMI would be good, but I don’t think you should stop at 87kg just because you’re then 24.9 BMI. You could set a new goal when you reach 24.9 BMI and keep it going.
