Weight watchers + sport + sleep

I signed up for the weight watchers app.
I start from tomorrow, and I will try to start running again tomorrow too ! :roll_eyes:
I will also try to get 8 hours of sleep a night.

Wish me luck, I’ll need it :sweat_smile:

I currently weigh 96 kg (211 pounds.) for 187cm … I think I can lose 9kg.

I’m calorie counting myself at the moment. I want to lose 10kg over a year.

You are a bit overweight but not obese. I used to weigh 94kg and I am only 1.79m tall. Now I weigh 83 and I’m totally happy.

Thanks ! I almost did something “stupid”.
I wanted to unsubscribe from WW and subscribe to MyFitnessPal…
MyFitnessPal doesn’t offer the same system with points (ProPoints.)
Otherwise, there’s too much proposals when I have to choose a dish.

Tonight, I cooked green beans and corn with garlic, shallot, parsley, basil, ginger.
It may sound weird, but it was yummy.

Actually, I finished a piece of pizza that I had made myself for lunch! (with ham, mushrooms, cheese, tomato.) :laughing: :innocent: :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

It was small and I hadn’t eaten it all.
About 15 points for three quarters of the home made pizza.
So tonight I only ate vegetables and some leftover pizza. (and also a little bit of 0% apple sauce)

That’s awesome! I have thought about joining WW a few times, but I think I would rather do in person meetings because I feel like it wouldn’t necessarily week for me and I want a real person to be able to help me.

I have about 32 kg/70 lbs to lose still myself. Down about 28 kg so far.

That would put you just over the threshold of not still being overweight. I don’t know if you have planned to put on a lot of muscle, in which case a higher BMI would be good, but I don’t think you should stop at 87kg just because you’re then 24.9 BMI. You could set a new goal when you reach 24.9 BMI and keep it going.

My shrink told me that when i weighted 85 kg, i looked bad, I looked in poor health.
So, maybe 87kg is ok…

Tonight I ate peppers with pan-fried onions, asian sauce (garlic) and soja sauce.
I ate a little piece of ham, pickles, and bread.
It was tasty.
